Cool 20"

I am thinking of purchasing some MOMO rims that are 20" with a 4" lip in the rear and a 2-3" lip in the front. Would this cause any rubbing and would i have to roll the fender?

get them rolled lol don't do it yourself, major paint crack :P.. depends on the offsets/tire width

Oh. ok. i thought i could do it myself. so how do i figure out the offset? and what is the offset. kind of a noob to this.
