Yes most CF are like what you describe. Except what we make uses UV resistant polished resin with no clear applied. OEM parts are used for our interior parts. But I definitely understand your reasoning.

Curious as to what you plan on doing for the under diffuser?

Paul hit me up on AIM.
Don't really get the question but
I think I know what you speak off.
There are some small details that I'm not including

Still waiting on 2 key elements to start assembly and fitment and modifications.
Wheels I knew were going to take awhile.
Fender took a little longer than expected by 2-3 weeks hopefully it is in
by this week and we can start fabricating the front end which will be the
most time consuming, also painted a few small pieces to see how the color
would come out its a little darker than what I wanted but it looked great
nonetheless.

I will keep you guys up to date

wow, really breaking it down. I wouldn't want to be the one putting it back together :P It was hard enough while painting my own car with minimal break down.

Can't wait to see it...maybe in a few weeks.

3 -4 week setback due to a vendor never ordering my wheels when we placed the order way back before Christmas.

I rather not get into details but would like
to thank Scott@360forged. He has gone out
of his way to make things right and get the
project back on schedule. He has contacted
multiple companies to make sure I get the correct
size/offset that will go perfect with this project.

Thanks again Scott

For those that don't know
Scott is under the System Forged name

Final body piece arrived Monday thanks to Pete@M1autosport.
We should be able to finally start mocking up the front design and
make any adjustment to the original design as needed.

Sorry the guys for the lack of update.
The car is at a stand still until the wheels come in.
The first vendor that we used ran with the deposit
and finally got things going directly with 360 forged at the end of january.

I been in constant communications with the company and
hopefully will have in the next 2 weeks so we can continue forth with the project.

There are other things that are being done in the meantime performance wise.
I have removed the Utec EMS and have it up for sale in the market place.
I replaced it with a Haltech unit with a Haltech BCS and Haltech AIT Sensor.
Factory Ecu has also been sent out to get flashed and have all limiters remove.
I'm also replacing A-pillar 3 gauge pod with a single for the Wideband and installing a
HKS Camp 2 with Oil Temp Sensor/Oil Pressure Sensor/Boost Sensor.
I have other things that are being installed also like DW 600cc injectors, CJM Fuel Return system Stage 1 and APS 3.5" monster downpipes.

So even though the bodywork is being held back because of the delay with the wheels
progress is still on going in other areas of the car.
