Hey do you guys know how much it usually runs to get say OEM wheels powder coated or painted and where one would go about getting it done? Thanks!

It costs around $65-80 for plain powder coating. But to have them code color match the paint (same as car), it's quite a bit more... maybe $125ish, also add on a $10-20 if you want custom work done to the lip or want other customization done the wheels besides simple powder coating.

Best thing you can do is go on yellowpages.com and search for powder coating shops local to your area and call them for quotes. Texas may be cheaper than up here in NY...

That's about right. There is one shop here that told me ~$60 each for standard colors if you did the whole wheel. Custom colors can be 2-3x that price.

$50-$60 here per wheel + dismount, remount (I paid $100 each time I did it - included storing the car at tire shop for 2 days while waiting for powder coating)... most shops will take about a week for PC.
