I also noticed the OOF.
It's hard to shoot a black car, especially one that's all clean where you can't focus on it at all!
Did you use a circular polarizer at all? Some of the pics @ airport curbside have a lot of light reflections on your G.

Nice night shots. Can't comment on the exif data cause I'm at work. Not sure why some turned out slightly OOF. It would make sense that the lens would hunt a bit in the low light, paricularly on a black car, but it shouldn't take the shot unless it was in focus (at least that is how I have my camera setup, it won't open the shutter unless the image is in focus).
The shot of your interior reving the engine is sweet, that shot has been on my list of shots to try for a while now.
Must be a quiet airport you were shooting at. There is no way I could move quickly enough to pull into LAX, break out my tripod and take some shots before 5-0 would be all over me.

I def need a remote and a REAL tripod
I took those pics at the airport at about 1:30-2am. Its pretty quiet that late at night, nothing like LAX
