It will be very hard for his bumper to chip because Mikes a friend so I did not spray a normal clear coat like most people would do because there cheap. This is PPG's Ceramic Clear Coat. Its very scratch and chip resistant Its the only nano-technology clear coat and only used on the new Mercedes-Benz

yeah Corey hooked me up with that extra special clear coat of his! Can't wait until we do that "other color" and the whole car gets that same clear coat

Can't wait to get my hood pins put in this weekend! I'd do it myself but I can't wrap my mind around putting a dremel to my CF hood after Corey just painted it last weekend...

so I'll just let him do it

Here are some picture to show how bad the side skirts were. Had to build the corner my self so I could bolt it back on the car. It takes some work but I think they came out good

Sand it down and clean it for the new fiberglass

Build your shape with the new fiberglass

Sand it down and clean it for primer

Prime them, let them dry and sand and clean for paint

Spray the black and then clear coat

And your done and ready for the next project

Corey is the man when it comes to body work! Thats why he's the only person I'll let touch my car for paint and body stuff. I had someone else doing that type of stuff for me but I found out he'd been using my lack of knowledge in that area to his advantage.
He used wood screws and bondo on my side skirts when he mounted them the first time.

Haven't had a problem with my sideskirts since giving them to Corey

AWESOME!

(and this aint no bs) But i would seriously consider taking the 1600 mile trip from Omaha to Maine just to get work like this done. ****, i traveled just under that far (1500 miles) just to GET my G, so its not beyond me to do that for some body work.

Btw, on a side note...

I love this pic! I love how in the background the Bat mobile is all under construction and stuff. Well done again PPG! Well friggin done!
