It is because your front tire is too tall, not too wide. You should go with the correct tire size, 255/30/20 or 245/30/20

I thought that tire size in the front running a 30 would be to small of a sidewall for the front and wouldnt look right

It matches the OEM diameter. The 255/35/20 or 245/35/20 is an inch taller than the stock diameter, which ends up raising the front of the car. IMO that doesn't look right.

I understand now...after going up to discount tire this morning to get the 245/35/20's mounted they mention that the OEM Diameter should be the 30 sidewall... I just said lets mount these up for right now to see if they corect the rubbing issue I am having and sure enough they did...I am not rubbing anymore but I would like to lower back down to the stock ride height so I will probably order 2 new tires and run a 245/30/20....do you think I can still run a 255/30/20 and not rub since im droping the sidewall down now?

Yep, i would definetly run the 255/30/20. Offers better rim protection with less stretch and is marginally taller as well offering a hair more protection.
