Custom headlights with never before seen custom LED signal lights

I had a few leftover headlight parts around the house, so I decided to put together another set of custom lights.

There's been alot of fine examples of LED work on this forum, so I thought of a design that I've never seen on any G35 or any other car's custom lights.

Here's a pic of the signal light. I'll post more pics later.

Thanks for the comments.

Here's the rest of the project.

Outer lenses awaiting to be reinstalled.

Installed and complete.

City/clearance lights on.

Turn signal on. I added some amber LEDs to the clearance strip.

Both city lights and signal lights on.

Close up of the city light.

The projectors are modded TSX projectors that I had in my previous lights.

This set took me about one month, working an hour here and there. So maybe 10 hours total? I already had the TSX projectors mounted and color modded.

I'll let you guys try and figure out how it was done for awhile before I give the answer. I'm sure someone can figure it out looking at the pics closely.

I think I have an idea for how you did it after looking a little longer. Let me know if Im close. You have a ring of leds in what looks like to be rows of two or four I cant tell, then a mirror behind them and a two-way mirror in front of them. Is that close?

Yup, you pretty much got it. It's only one ring of LEDs.

So it's a two way mirror in front, then the ring of LEDs, then it's another piece of the two way mirror that I painted black on one side to make it a one way mirror. I left a center circle portion unpainted to allow the stock 7443 bulb to still shine through. Since I wasn't sure how much light would be coming through the two way mirrors, I added the amber LEDs in the side.

You need to black out the area behind the projector.

Otherwise they look great.
