Opinions on my Wheels

As far as quality, for another car, those ASA's may have cut it or even been an upgrade. But for G35's, Infiniti offers an OEM forged 19" from Rays that is far beyond anything in the low end aftermarket wheel segment, which ASA falls squarely under. You can get a set of these for under $1k with tires, so why spend more on crappy aftermarket rims when you get can an OEM quality and design, lightweight forged wheel, for substantially less?
Second is dimensions. Most cheap wheels come in crappy offsets and skinny widths, and the best way to make your car look like **** is to have ugly skinny wheels sunken into the wheel wells. Higher end wheels come in wider widths and have more aggressive offsets to fill out the fenders. It sounds like a small detail on paper but makes a world of difference in application.
Thirdly I guess is kind of subjective, but the better the wheels are, the better the designs are. Doesn't apply to all companies, just look at Vossen and Maya lololol. But more often than not, the design process is also part of where your money is going when you buy higher quality wheels, so expect more aesthetically pleasing designs and much more attention to detail.

The Rays 19s will not fill out the wheel well the way a proper aftermarket wheel would, but they certainly won't be any worse than your current wheels. And they are much better quality to boot.
A lot of people here put spacers front and back to make them more flush, and they look great. Here is example, I think this guy is running 20mm front 25mm rear:
