I am trying to get my G in line but I want to do the mods right the first time, and I try to be different . So what I am trying to see is this car(not my car but its hott as hell):



Except with the spokes of the wheels painted this color green, and the lip painted black(or any other suggestions for the color of the lip):



I know most people won't like this so flame away, but I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

by the way, does anyone know what kind of wheels those are? I thought they were Work VS-XX's, but I don't think they have a step up lip. Any help would be appreciated

 

they look like HRE 540 to me.
