I was just driving and it suddenly fell off, the aluminum lug nuts came off.

i think itll be ok only the lug nuts damaged and some lost on the road.i installed the rim with the stock lug nuts and still drivin ok.i hope nothing wrong with other one before i fix that

that is what happens when u have a spacers a little too big without extend studs.. your lug nuts didnt catch enough threads
