I'm thinking of maybe sticking with 18's since I love the look of the oem 18's and 18's tend to be cheaper and lighter...but oem ones are too thin. I'm afraid that aftermarket 18's won't look as good as the oem ones so if anyone runs aftermarket 18's, please post pics.

I'm looking more into concave'ish wheels...no wheels with lips since they only make the wheel look even smaller. But I'd like to see all kinds of wheels.

Don't ruin your DP coupe with some TSW's... Search through the 18" wheel section in the marketplace. I've actually seen some good looking 18's.

Why not? I've had TSW's before and they were good wheels. I generally dislike most of TSW's designs but the ones I put up caught my attention.

i would buy the 19s factory forged wheels they look great and super light u cant beat em and right in ur price zone

And while they look good...they are still too thin. I might hit G37 wheels though...even though 9" wheels are still kinda thin imo.

im rocking 18x10 all around +15 offset.. i might go 0 or -5 offset in the rear to flush it out

Stay away from the OEM wheel options, unless you have a sedan the offsets are uber-weak and just not worth the expense. OEM wheels are great for cheap track wheels or I prefer them for winter use.

Those TSW do look nice, but they will not be lightweight. If you want something lighter and more than likely stronger, I would look into the Enkei RPF1, the new RF01 (or PF01). For a similar style and still lighter than the TSW, Forgestars F14 is available in a number of finishes and 18" sizes with a larger range of selectable offsets. I have the 19" model and they weigh roughly 25-lbs for 19x10 and 19x11 sizes.



You can go to forgestar.com for more info. I personally would probably select a 18x10+18 front with a 18x11+23 rear. In those sizes they will have the deepest concave available, all 9" widths and lower have a shallower concave face, much closer to flat. These will weigh right around 20-lbs and cost about $1300 shipped.

I already have spacers on my oem 18's so the oem 19's offset won't matter much.

I would like the know how much those tsw's weight...the 18's I bought for my gti weighed exactly the same as the oem 17's so they weren't heavy-ish.

I have coupe 18's on my sedan. The offsets are perfect for sitting flush with the side panels. I wanted something different yet still making it look close to stock.
