Introduction/DG coupe 6mt.

Whats up everybody, this is my first thread. Just want to introduce myself and my car. Alphonse/04 dg coupe. Excuse the pics, the car is kinda dirty with this crappy east coast weather. I purchased the car as a xmas gift for myself on Dec. 28th, 2009 and told myself I wasnt going to mod it at all. (Came from a modded STi that was stolen out of my brothers driveway) And there goes that idea lol. So here's the mods list as of right now.

Wheel spacers (20mm/25mm)
06-07 jdm tail lights
Z-tube/K&N drop in filter
Yellow fog lights
Updated nav disk (I guess this isnt really a mod)

I purchased a Invidia Q300 exhaust through our lovely marketplace, THANKS MANKIND! So hopefully I should be throwing that on sometime next week. And now for the pics..

Enjoy. And thanks G35driver for all the info I've learned and continue to learn.

-edit
Just installed the exhaust.

On another note, we filled air in this ladies tire as a favor because we noticed it was low. And how does she repay us? Backs RIGHT into my car. -=T

Nice car, I'm in central NJ also, what part are you from? Check out the New Jersey members only info thread in the regional forums. Central NJ guys get together often at the Lowes on Route 1.

Should've went with the 06-07 Headlights before the taillights. Clear car nonetheless. Welcome.

I'm from Clark/Elizabeth, NJ. Lowes in what city? As far as the headlights, I really don't mind these lights at all. Just did the restoration process and threw the yellow fogs in so I'm happy for now. Thanks for the compliments.

What do you think of the car after coming from a STi? Im highly considering a WRX as my next car but something about the G keep making me coming back to it.

Thanks for all the compliments. Honestly I don't miss the STi at all. I was a very big Nissan head before the subaru though (had 3 240's and put sr20's in 2 out of 3) So I'm kinda going back to my roots. Lol but the G is in a totally different class. I step into my car now and its pure sports/luxury which I love. Maybe I was just getting tired of the subaru being so loud and attracting all the wrong people. (Like everyone and their mothers trying to race me with my daughter in the car) The G is just so nice that I'll stop and turn around to look at it before walking in the house every night. Lol
