Honestly the best thing you can do at this point is buy a spray bottle of Goo Gone and spray the adhesive side of the tape as you remove, slowly. Just lookin out for ya. Did you happen to get a coat of wax on the new paint yet?

 

I feel ya on the painters tape costing too much! I usually tape mine for trips that are longer than 4 hours....I know I left tape all the way from KY to FL when I went down last year for vacation, and I plan to do it again here in a few weeks...and +1 on the cheap tape leaving a residue...I didn't even have it on that long....

 

I just peeled some tape off the front bumper , skirts, and rear quater panels and the tape came off easily. I didn't buy no cheap tape so I guess I'll be straight .


I bought some black duct tape this morning and .....

 

WOW!!! hahaha! should make for a fun road trip...

 

Just add an Easypass and you will be good to go.

 

No easy pass for me , I don't travel enough to justify getting a easy pass
