Yeah, the Type M's I got a really good deal on, so I bought them. I'm looking for something better. Like I said in the post a few above yours I'm painting the whole car. and by whole I mean everything. The hood, and soon to be strafespeed trunk are both going to get painted once I get all my parts in.

You're not off to a bad start man, don't take my message wrong, it does look good- just think a painted hood would look best!

Admitedly the black hood was what bothered me most. Too Oreo Cookie for my taste. I typically Love White G's though, and often wish I had held out on getting my OB and waitied for a White one. I've never been a fan of black RIMS and I've made that clear through several posts, however I do seem to be in the minority there. Lastly, I've usually been pretty neutral about Nissan Badging, however I think the Black Hood, Black Grill, and Nissan Burger were too much for me. Switch the Hood back to White, keep the Black Grill, and I think it'd help the overall look alot. But... Opinions are like B-Holes.. etc etc. Props on having the funds/guts to take a chance and mod in the first place. Sorry if I came across as an A$$ in my last post... it was posted at work. Always nice to see someone mix things up. Keep up the good work.

I guess no one pays attention to my replies. I'm painting THE ENTIRE CAR. It's just carbon fiber until i get the rest of my body parts, and paint the entire car. lol. I honestly want to get rid of the black wheels, and the black hood. But I sold my stock hood to a guy who's hood got hit with a piece of lumber and f-ed it up quite badly. So until I find out what rims I really want, and get the car painted I have to rock the CF hood. lol.

it's a house of kolor paint color, called rootbeer. Similar to the stock orange/broze the 350Z's came in, but with a little more on the darker side. It's unique but not too flashy at the same time. I really like it.
