Think you should tell them it's your car and you didn't give them permission to use it.....but idk how all the copyright stuff and all works :/

 

Tell them you will let them use your pic if they give you commission.

 

They didn't copyright it. They just super-imposed their logo on your pic. And you didn't copyright your own pics....so legally, I think they can use whatever they want. That's the internet for ya.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Probably 95% of the pictures out there on eBay sellers auctions are ripped off someone else. I've seen a ton of these examples. That what ya get when you you have a sweet car though I guess.

 

I was thinking that, i guess im doing something right if it happens. its actually the 2nd time. a local company did the same thing last year.
