That is going to be absolutely totalled, i dont think your gonna be able to get the suspension off. Just mention it to insurance, if you have a receipt theyll give you that usually. And I hope you have full tort, sue the crap out of them

thanks everyone. i talked to the insurance today and they said theyll let me know everything tomorrow. the way they were talkin to me, it seems like they was gonna try to fix it .. but i been browsing around lookin for a 06-07 fully loaded blk/blk coupe with low miles.

just got a call from the body shop and its a total lost due too the guy hitting me so hard(no homo), it pushed back the engine into the firewall

i wish i could do a project. hopefully i get a good amount back. im looking for an 06-07 blk/blk fully loaded....but its pretty hard to find with low miles.

I won't believe for a second they are going to try and fix that, no way. That car is trashed! That damage is well over $10k, I'd be SHOCKED if they wanted to fix it but I say no way, waaaay too much damage.

damn, pretty serious accident there. i dunno if anyone answered it, but the only way you'll get your parts off is if the car was paid off. meaning it has no lien holder title on it or it goes to the lien holder. which will usually sell the car to the holding facility. had a CRX that was totaled, but i told them i still wanted the car. Insurance cashed me out and the tow yard towed the car to my uncles house.

hope everything works out!
