The bumper did not come with any grill inserts. I had to make them and install them with the bumper.
I bought some steel mesh from home depot (make sure to get the thicker type, not some AutoZone ricer ****). I then painted it and clearcoated it for protection against rust. I had the body shop use some type of epoxy to glue it in place when they installed the bumper. All finished, it cost around 750 for install. It came painted from Strafe though, they did a good job matching the stock DG color.
