I like the paint job but on the car is a whole other story..I had a question though where did you get replacement decals for the inside of the rims from?

DAMN!!!! I can appreciate unique... And I can appreciate this whip!!!! I want to do something like this maybe orange on athens blue or dark purple!!!!

 

I have an Athen's Blue with TE37s and I have been considering going yellow on mine (big blue&yellow fan myself). It is certainly different and I understand your pain of not many colors go well with that shade of blue.

I am considering some dull orange colors now, between a bronze and orange

I knew that this wouldn't be a "safe" mod. I really like the F-Zero blue finish, which is why I went with that style on my other car. But on a blue car, the color gets lost and doesn't come out. Orange was one color I considered, but I felt that the orange would look better with CE28's. Silver matches the blue very well, actually it matched too well if that makes sense.

I was able to save the stickers. When I got the rims, I put a piece of clear bra material over them, and that really helped protect them from the elements. When it came time to remove the stickers, they were in great shape.

The decals on the face of the rims weren't so lucky.

Love the brembos not really digging the yellow but to each his own!

 

As someone else said, if your overall car was more aggressive it would look better.. but as is it just doesn't make sense to me. The colors don't really mesh together, it looks messy.

 

Dont listen to all these haters, if you like it thats all that matters. I wouldnt do it but you wanted to stand out and did something new, so who the f*ck cares...
