Looking good man. The resonated X Pipe should get rid of the rasp. I know exactly what full throttle top end rasp you're talking about.

Quick Update:

So I decided to against the LS2 swap and opt for a Vortech with a 3.12 pulley, coming around Feb.
That means that I can start modding the engine bay again, since I'm actually going to be keeping it

Added gt spec strut bar. Not going too crazy with the bay. As off now, I'll be doing polished plenum, polished hood struts, nismo oil and rad caps, radiator diffuser of some sort, and maybe a few dark blue accents to tie in with the Twilight Blue exterior (possibly very few burnt blue bolts), and if I get into it, wire tuck. Biggest bling factor will be the polished vortech

RHD Battery Cover: Done
Rare JDM Harness Cover: Done
Blacked Out Coolant Tank: Done
Remove Random Stickers: Done
Blacked Out PS Tank:
Blacked Out Windshield Wiper Tank:
Titanium Air Diffuser: Pending
Polished Plenum:
Polished Hood Struts:
Polish AC Lines:
Oil Cap:
Rad Cap:
Bolts:
Wire Tuck:

thanks bud. I loved the look of the all black wheels, but I wanted to change it up for a while. The polished lip doenst look as good during the day, but it helps at night. Before it looked like I didnt even have wheels on lol

If I get bored with these, and decide I don't want to get another set, I've considered getting the lips powdercoated. That was my original plan when I got them.

This is the photoshop (aka crappy paint copy/paste lol) that I did before I got them... this was the plan(gloss black face gloss black lips):

For sure you'll def be the first one to know when that day comes. For now I'm happy w/ my stockies, since I still take long trips with the car, and racing seats are def. not meant for that !

Car looks great man. Glad you made this thread so I can just log in here to see any progress.

Prior to deciding to sell those wheels, I was going to powder coat the barrels satin black and leave the gloss black spokes for contrast... food for thought. Glad to see you're going FI as well.

Good luck dude!
