Rota P45r wheels *pic request*
I'm looking into buying a set of Rota P45r wheels and have been trying to find pictures of a G running these wheels in 19s! Can't find anything. Preferably in hyper silver, polish, or hyper black. Any feedback on these wheels are appreciated as well. Thanks

As for the "quality" comment... in my experience, Rota makes excellent quality wheels.
If your looking at the rotas u might as well look into the varrstoen es 2.2.2's. Essentially the same design with an extra spoke

I didnt know this was a debate on wheels thread..
More than likey, the photos were from cars that had been in an accident, or doing something stupid. The Rota pic has made its rounds on every forum on the net, thanks to one idiot. The pics dont mean anything without the backround on what happened.. here are some more so you dont have to look them up...

and now that those are out of the way...

Debate on wheels will never end.
Every wheel is susceptible to bending, cracking, and damage. All depends on what you're doing, how fast you're going, and what you hit.
I've seen Rays wheels crack and bend when you hit a curb trying to drift. And I've seen Sevas shatter when you hit a small pothole.
Here's an idea, be careful when you're driving and you'll reduce the likelyhood of damaging / bending / cracking your wheels.

Yes. It all depends on the wheels intended use. In most cases with broken wheels the damage could have been avoided if used what the rim was designed for. Anyways I believe that's enough of debating on knock offs. We are likely to all be on the same page regardless.
