RCL's progress thread-2006 coupe 6mt premium package black/black

I picked this up on 6/8/12. It has 74k miles and other than the typical tear in the drivers seat leather its in great shape! Fully loaded w/ navi and everything.

I installed the clear corners before I even made it home and here's how it sits now pretty stock:

I already put a sub in it and I ordered a new brushed silver titanium shift **** and polished strut bar. I plan to mod this for looks than "go" because it seems that our cars don't make too much power with bolt ons. Wheels and coilovers will be the next mods in a few months!

update 6/30/12
Wheels and coilovers installed

update 8/8/12
Kuruma Z bumper installed!

update 10/1/12

Work VS-XX wheels installed!

update 11/3/12
New wheels and lug nuts!

update 12/14/12
My G's first track event, and many more to come!

lol I fixed that now. I spent a lot of time reading here and it seems that the hp gains from bolt ons in our cars is very minimal in contrast to say a k20 civic si which can do a intake exhaust and tune and net like 50whp. Don't get me wrong I love nissans and I love my G but it just doesn't seem cost effective to go n/a on this car. I think Im going to leave the intake stock and just get a cat back for looks more than anything else. However wheels and coilovers are the first big mod Im going to do.

GL with the build. Just put coils and a exhaust on my car and it's like having a new car every time you do something to it. Up next wheels

I think Im going to go with tein basic dampers coilovers and prob some BBS lm reps because I cant afford 4k on a real set lol.

The mods are coming soon though, very very soon.

I only plan of lowering 1-2 inches, is it necessary to get the spc camber kits? Do our cars have camber problems that bad? I just want to prepare so I dont eat through 19 inch tires! lol
