Holy cow.... You don't have to bake, you can use a heat gun as well.

haaaaaaaa, you must have used waaaaaaaaaaay to much olive oil.

That should buff right out. Good thing it's all intact or you would've had to bust out the bondo.

I stripped a screw head on the thermostat housing while trying to switch that out. Just want to say it was a nightmare!!!!! Got it switched though.

How long did they bake, what temp, on broil or something?

Bake @350. Five minutes.

that's the problem. 200-250 for 10 minutes is more then adequate.

baking at 350 for 5 is being lazy and trying to expedite it...with horrible results.

keep the lens away from upper heat element. no broil function. preheat.
