Lowered the G Today

Here she is. Godspeed Mono SS (True Coilovers), Megan Upper Control Arms, Megan Rear Lower Control Arms, EM Racing Front Lower Control Arms and cross drilled / slotted rotors. I have an appointment for an alignment Wednesday and we should be all dialed in. I will say, this was a painstakingly long process for one person to take on. Started Saturday and completed the rears, LF on Sunday and RF this morning (Monday). But, it sure scratched the itch...for the time being. Next is upgraded sway bars and end links, front lower (rear facing) control arms, rear toe arms, front lip and wheels. Then she is pretty much sitting that way until it's time for her new heart .

Nice. But no wider wheels or spacers?

Wheels are on the horizon. Want to get some rear toe arms and sway bars first. Hopefully closer to the end of the year, all that stuff can be bolted up.

I though about some spacers for the time being but decided to hold off.

Looks great! Super clean coupe dude!
I recently put the Hotckiss rear bar on my 04 sedan. Bone stock suspension otherwise, but dang it made a huge difference! This weekend I am installing a OEM front sway off of an 08 350z.

Thanks. Good to know and good luck with your front sway bar.

How do you like those coilovers? Are they adjustable dampening?

So far so good. I haven't even put 200 miles on the car since installing everything.

That said, the ride is good, not bouncy or too stiff. Yes they have adjustable dampening and are currently set at 8 out of 16 stiffness, all the way around. I have done a couple on ramps that were loops at higher than normal speed and the car seemed to handle quite well. Overall, I would say they were worth it for $680.00. I notice the additional response in the rear specifically with a "true coilover" as well.
