Ordered my new wheels and tires.

I just got done ordering my new wheels and tires. HP EVO HyperLights 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear, 38mm offset, with 245x35 front and 275x30 rear.

Tires are the new General Exclaim UHP tire. Ultra High Performance tire with very good reviews on Tirerack. And with the price. I couldn't turn them down (even though General has always had a bad taste in my mouth, I had to give these a shot).

My old rims and tires will be dedicated autox for now till the tires are toast, then I will put race tires on them.

Here is a picture of the wheels.

There are a lot of people running the same wheels on the site should look just as good on your car as it does on theirs...

Is there any particular reason why you're going with a +38 offset with a 9.5 on the rear instead of +42 offset?

To what I have seen about 1-2 lb difference to the stock ones. But the tires make up the difference so I am not really sure,. My guess. 55lb probably at the most with tires.

Because 38mm offset works with 9.5 on the rear. And to me it looks better on the car.

They should look nice...But those rivets are a pain to keep clean. Especially if you encounter any type rain/wetness...I probably wouldn't go that route again..Those are killer anyways.

Unlike your HRE's these are fake rivets. They are cake to keep clean.

nice rims! +38 in the rear could be a little too low. please post pics once it's installed.

Nice G35_TX, they should look every bit as good as everyone else with the HP Evo's. Post up some pics when you get em on the car.
