did you need the spacers or will they fit without them cause i just purchased a take off set of those wheels from ebay for my 35x and bout 245/35/19 tires for it.....let me know so i dont screw anything up thanx

interesting read.

according to this page, the 19" wheel is 19x8.5 with 245/40-19 tires.

if the offset on that rim is +50 as people say, and we all know that ideal offset for a sedan would be +43 for 8.5"-wide rim, then one needs at least a 5mm spacer to make it not rub in the front (i know all about rubbing - i had wrong-offset rims shipped to me once, and had to use a spacer).

the problem with 5mm spacers is that you double the sheer forces on the wheel bolts, because you have two surfaces that impose sideways stress...

seems like a dangerous proposition to me.
