pic request - removed door ding guard strips

wondered if that cleans up the appearance some more ?

everybody seems to still have them on

everybody still has them on because they dont want to pay to have the holes filled and door's resprayed...

^^+1...there will be holes...so IMO, it's not worth it to do it...

It will def clean it up more.

Like Grant said, you need to get he 4 holes per side filled then basically the entire side repainted (at least for IP to blend, its recommended...I looked into it already).

^^you have a coupe...those don't have the holes...just like the coupe's trunk mt. fuji doesnt have holes either...

6mtPnut and Pestilence both have shaved the moldings. I would search for there pictures. Of course they both have complete paint jobs so it was easier for them to remove.

just remove the door guard moldings and the trunk emblem and KEEP the holes! It's "gangsta"!!! Looks like you got bullet holes in yo car yo!

ah damn

didn't know there were holes. That sucks. I took them off my F150 but they only had sticky tape holdinh them on.

Anyway.. any good side pics of them removed ? I can get paint done fairly easily. May do this anyway and risk the dings. The main places I park will never get me dings, and I usually park far off in parking lots to avoid them too.

theres only holes for the sedans not the coupes right..

they actually dont protect YOUR door from dings, but protect other people's doors from YOU dinging them. **** them.
