Plastidipped it, and If I getta chance and time, i'll retape it and spray it gloss black and clear coat it to match the windows.
But it completes the look perfectly.
Except my Chrome door handles. Maybe i'll get them painted when i'm gettin my bumpers resprayed. I just hate getting the car painted, I like keepin the original paint.

Yea Gloss black would look better like the acura TL and that plasti dip could chip off real easy if you're not careful. I've seen it happen with my own 17" oems. I wanna do mine gloss black eventually right now I have the blackout tape which is flat/matte black but yea even flat black looks much better than chrome, makes it look sportier

I dont really see the Plasti dipp chippin from the window trim, unless someone pinches it and starts lifting it and give it a start point.
I had my grill painted gloss black at a shop cause I was getting other stuff done. And it looks like Ray Charles painted it with a tooth brush.
So I sanded it to smooth, and plasti-dipped that too, and repainted it with gloss black and clear coated on top of the plastidip. Looks much smoother, and still had deep gloss with black paint and clear coat.
I might just end up doing it with gloss black Vinyl and heat gun, 20times easier then plastidipping. Takes so long taping it to perfection and newspapering the entire car to save it from paint getting on it with the slightest wind.

I just painted the chrome trim black for a local. If you are careful you can remove it but you need hands of a surgeon. Then drop the parts off at a good shop to paint.

I think I'm gonna get the JDM rain guards and whatever they don't cover do with Gloss black vinyl since they cover most of the trim

if the cars body lines are clean with like no spoiler or roof wind, you can pull off JDM W.Vs pretty good. i just dont like too many lips and spoilers.

@ Cali Coast hit up rick from Riverside infiniti. If I do get em I'm not paying more than 120-140$ for' em, that's the price that I saw them for on ebay for the real ones from riverside infiniti but now I see them on ebay for like 200-300 bucks!
