Man I recently scuffed my bumper on the snow and the paint is peeling!! Now i gotta get that **** painted

 

No exterior mods at this point. Planning on a few for the summer: new springs, clear side markers, summer wheels (M35/45 or 350Z or G37) with summer tires, painted side sills (probably GF, any comments about going with Black Obsidian?). Thats about it for this summer. I think the paint still looks great for being 4 years old, just having come out of winter, and not having had a chance for a real detail yet.

I have noticed that all the GF sedans seem to have come with darker tint. I do not remember ordering anything special nor have I had anything done after the fact. I was comparing our GF to another color of the same year and his windows are far more transparent. Have you guys had anything done, it appears that most of them have the same tint and it is darker?

 

I had my windows tinted right after I bought my car in 2004. The dealer would have done it for me before I took delivery but it was a heck of alot cheaper taking it to a 3rd party shop. Mine is tinted to the Florida legal limit (35% front windows, 20% rear windows). I can barely remember what it looked like before the tint.

 

Nevermind then, I guess I must have had something done by the dealer. I thought that maybe Infiniti realized that GF would look silly without darker windows and did something about it from the get go.

Your tint is far darker than mine. I would love to go darker but I think I would only be able to go a little darker and stay legal so it is probably not worth it. I like the wheels, not my style, but they look good. I really want to get coupe 18's and have them powdercoated but have been unable to find any locally.
