Or maybe a throw back to when Nissan used the charcoal color on lowers of bumpers. Think it was on SE models. That was what I was gonna do when I repaint next year. Havent seen that done yet.

No I mean like the in the late 90's. Nissan used a lot of accent colors. Actual paint not the raw platic color we have stock.
Ex. Remember when the Altima's had the gray painted inserts? I only remember cause that was when I first started painting for a Nissan dealership and I did tons of them. It was a nice color contrast.
