That palm tree is 100% real.

 

but the barbed-wire and graffiti is fake... we don't have any of that in LA - just palm trees & sunshine

according to you link "Vent Shade" is the brand name... actually AVS "Auto Vent Shade"... and they make them for more than just windows... problem is, they don't make 'em for the G35 sedan (at least not the link you posted)...

So if you want shat G-Sedan has, its called JDM Window visors.
