That's not an aero kit, it's an 05-06 sedan.

 

Just cause you seen the 005-06 taillights DOES NOT MEAN its an 05-06 year.... Restudy the pictures...learn your parts before trying to talk down to someone...its a aerokit...look at the headlights...the grille for other clues

My guess is it's an 03.5 or an 04, most likely 04. Reasons being is that it HAS an aero kit on there (aero kit's don't fit on 05/06's), the trunk (no doggie door), headlights, grill, and hood.

 

DOH! I just looked quickly, and now feel a fool. I didn't even look at the headlights.
