They are hooked up as parking lights. They are LED based. Japanese law says that my parking lights and my turn signals have to be in different locations. I had these laying around from my old Jeep Liberty, so it all worked out

Thanks Rookie just got the bumper in and it looks great. I can't wait to have it installed. It will be awhile though as I have a few other projects to finish before it is installed and the car is repainted.
