Nah, it would look pretty sick I think. However, I would get the rims on the car first before you do anything. You never know if you will like them the way they are.
Personally, I would put them on the car and keep them on for a while and then once they get some road chips and crap on them, get them re-done. I would hate to see such a sick paint job get messed up right away.

^All black rims tend to blend into the tire more so it "looks" like they are bigger
The rims you got aren't the right offset for a sedan? You mentioned getting spacers. Or you just trying to get them hella flush?

my offsets are 37front and 45 rear. i want them to be heller flushy. so i might run 15mm up front and 20 in the rear.

https://g35driver.com/forums/media-share-g35-coupe-v35/229033-new-shoes-stopping-power.html a GREAT example of how amazing flat black faces with gloss black lips look on a g. It's a coupe... but damn that looks absolutely amazing.
damn that looks good if i do get mine done do i get the rivets in flat black too?

I would get the rivits in flat black. Maybe gloss though... could be a nice contrast and tie it in with the gloss lips
However, I do believe in the pics of the coupe, the BBK plays a HUGE roll in making those rims look 10000% sicker

BBK makes just about any rim look better
If it was me, I'd do the rivets matte too. You want the face to be one distinct color from the lip

if you look at my rims there like a space between the mesh design and the lip. so basically just the mesh design matte and everything polished in gloss

I would do everything up to the rivits in flat. In other words the whole face of the rims flat and the actual lips gloss
