Car is FREAKIN LOUDDD man. Literally Rumbles when its runnin around 8-900 rpms. And If I get on it, I can literally wake up a entire neighborhood around 4-5000rpms.

Would anyone rather have this set up then my set up with borla? =]

Im thinkin maybe I should get rid of the Borla and go for one of these setups.
On my 03 sedan, I have the 05/06 sedan midpipe, HR y-pipe, and Z-tube. Using the 05/06 midpipe with the 03 muffler emits a much deeper sound than the 05/06 sedan because the 03 uses a 20% smaller muffler. Prior to the y-pipe, the volume, though deeper and not quite as warbly, was in line with that of a stock coupe/Z. After adding the y-pipe, the sound became slightly deeper and louder (another 10-15%), but there is no drone (thank God). The sound is very sporty and you can hear it in the cabin. The sound is very fluid at all rpms which is something that's hard to get with a V6. Loud exhausts are great, as long as they sound fluid and don't drone. With V8s, it's easy to come by and with V6s, it's damn near impossible. Years ago I had the Borla TD. The volume, drone, and vibration increase was just too much especially from 1000 to 4000rpms under moderate load. The 1800-2400rpm drone was super annoying. I sold the exhaust after 2 weeks. I really didn't notice any percievable gains either which was a huge let down.

IMO, HFCs with a HR y-pipe will sound amazing. If you have an 03/04 sedan, adding the coupe or 05/06 sedan midpipe might add some rasp, but the volume and drone won't compare to that of the Borla.

Here's a video of my G under 30% load. FYI, the faint metallic rattle you hear at first is because the car and exhaust was cold. After a 5 minute warm up, the sound dissappears. When temps are above 70, you never hear the sound.

Z tube + Crawford Plenum + HR Y PIPE + coupe mid pipe + 05+ sedan muffler
I took off the HKS due to drone under load. I love my new setup now, sounds kinda like the coupe

I can tell a bit of a difference. Just wonder why he didn't use the smaller 03-04 muffler

Also, I love my HKS, but sometimes the drone gets old on a long drive or when accelerating slowly
