Stock ride height sedan w/ 19" G37S Wheels

Here are a few quick shots of my new G37S wheels, which I installed today. I was able to pick them up from a local seller for $1080 with 2300 miles on the stock tires. I am very pleased with the way they look.

I know I am going to get some, "looks okay, now you need to lower it," and a few, "it would look a lot better if you painted the lower sills," so....

I have decided to keep the car at stock ride height, because I don't feel like getting a camber kit and I'm not willing to sacrifice any ride quality. I realize it would look a lot better if I did though. I have also considered painting the lower sills, but I'm not sure I can justify the cost for this grocery getter

Let me know if you'd like to see more

Somone link please, i wanna see this.

And FYI, if you got a Z/G coupe combo, you'd be lower, retain the same ride quality, and not need a camber kit.

Im on 19s, and have all these.

Do you have any uneven tire wear? If not I'll definetely re-visit the Z/G combo. I thought I read that even with this setup you'd need the camber kit to have the tires wear even, but I definetely trust experience over hear-say.

Also, the links should work now.

My wife's G is lowered on the Z/G combo as well. She's got 19" A34 Nismo wheels and just had her windows tinted. I think it's about time that I post pictures of her car.

Nice start. Is the Firehawk yours?

You only need a camber kit when you really get down there in ride height.

My car sits perfect, no excess camber at all, and my tires wear perfect. Just make sure you get an alignment and your good to go.

Thank you.

This is also my wifes car. I am thinking of getting the windows tinted at 15% all the way around, but I haven't had a chance to do it yet. I'm going to have to start looking again for the Z/G springs. I was seriously looking a few months ago, but I stopped when I read (and believed) a rouge post about needing a camber kit with this combo. I think the subtle drop will be perfect for us.

That was my firehawk.. I sold it years ago and I still miss it.

If you use a camber kit with this drop, you are seriously wasting your money.

Thanks!

I'm sure you've heard this before but the pictures just do not do these rims justice. They give the car a factory upgraded sport look. The difference between these and my stock 17's is night and day.

I honestly think the style of these wheels complements the ride real well. If it already looks this good from the pictures, I am sure it looks 10X better in person. Good find!
