So a buddy of mine came over last night and we spent about 8 hours detailing the ride. Full on clay bar, swirl correction, and fresh coat of wax. It was very gratifying to see that the G SEDAN is still holding up strong and the paint is still in very good shape after 5 years of ownership
. I wish photobucket didn't auto resize the pix, I assure you it looks better on my computer
I also wanted to get good pictures of my drop (recently brought it down more on coilovers). It was previously lowered 1 inch all around with Z suspension, now I lowered the front addtional 1.5 inches (2.5 inches drop from stock), and rear another inch (2 inches drop from stock). I really just wanted to get this to a no fingergap range, and I achieved that, there are acutally a few mm of tires tucking if the wheels/tires were fully flush, but I'm not even gonna bother with spacers since my new wheels are on order already. Front and rear still has another inch to go on the coils but I like how it sits right now. This will also probably be the last time I will take pictures with this setup before it goes back into the shop for some custom front end work
, and the new wheels come in. The story behind the license plate is that I wanted to get a picture of the custom plate frame ( camera attached, "G35" ghost shadowing and gloss black paint). Anyway, enjoy

Very clean Aaron, ready for a photo shoot. I guess we'll wait till your wheels arrive.

Nicely clean! Do you have the stock exhaust muffler? After I installed the AERO rear bumper extension i can't even see the exhaust tips. How do you manage to have them out?
