I took a gun to my sedan.....

A foam gun that is.

Got a foam lance attachment for my pressure washer, havent had a chance to try it out. I figured, the huge sedan meet is a good occasion

I intend to use this for presoaking the car only, but will do it as a car wash if only small water spots/dust is present. Will still do a 2 bucket method after I rinse off if there are any bigger stains.

Heres the attachment on my wand.

few seconds after shooting the whole car

about three minutes

5 minutes

NOOOOOO it's flowing away!!!

I even took a video HAHAHAHA

anyway hope you enjoy. Anyone with a pressure washer want to learn about this piece feel free to PM. This thing is fun as hell!!! you can also use different soaps that suds better (i used meguiars gold class) and mess with the water:soap ratio for the ultimate foam!!! I have heard of some people getting shaving cream-like texture.

if you are watching the video, don't check your phone in between. It might sound like your phone buzzed.....but it was actually mine. I used my blackberry to record the video.

Also as you can see I ran out of soap during the vidoe, or else i'd have more foam action for you guy

with your summers, you'll get water spots before you get a chance to wipe.

Personally I've used the gilmour.....and the results were a bit disappointing.

If any of you own a pressure washer, I'd strongly urge you to get a foam lance. It's a far more superior product. The regular hose just doesnt provide enough pressure to get anything resembling foam. It's moer of a "watery soapy solution".

But anything is better than scrubbing your paint with dirt over and over. After learning about the 2 bucket method and the swirl free washes, I'll never go back to it again. SWIRLS FTL!
