She is fine. She is actually looking for a new job too so she can use her degree.

 

house is still in escrow so i'll snap some pictures when I can. I will be really busy. it's in okay condition, but just need some final touches.

I just got hired at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

I tried to get on there as a Project Manager, didn't have any luck.

If it offers any comfort, the advisory side is almost impossible to tap into right now. Not just the economy, but ever since SOX came into play, it really messed up the entire advisory practice. I got hired into assurance, and that was already the hardest thing I've ever done in my life (God really blessed me), I couldn't imagine how difficult it'd be for advisory.

What line of business are you in? accounting or consulting?

 

I'm in the IT side of healthcare. I manage complex enterprise projects across 7 hospitals. So my role is more a consultant.

I thought I read some where that you was a CPA, so I can see how you would fall in assurance.

So you have a new job and new house? That's an awesome way to end the year. Home ownership is a great thing,it nice coming home to your own place after a long day at work.

Eh.. It has it moments. Our organization has a weak matrix so as a PM the resources that i work with don't report directly to me. So when i follow up they dont respond as quickly as they should. They don't like the fact that a 26 yr old is providing them direction either.

I use an app that CA provides. Not sure its a true ERP but it does help me with planning.

So is your house gonna be all decked out like your car? Nice TV with surround sound, etc..

 

In short, this is more of an investment opportunity rather than a house that's like "mine mine". I'm waiting until I get married to get into the whole house modding game. I forsee myself modding my house though, I think it's just the way I am Still haven't bought a ring yet so I'm taking things slow.

I never leave anything stock.My bicycle was even pimped out. I remembering paintin my phones back n the day. Heck I even accessories my guns.

I recently got a promotion to. Getting a new job or promotion is a huge feat in this economy. I to, have been very lucky career wise. I've learned to surround myself around postive ppl, build good realtionships and deliver. If you do those things, things tend to work out in your favor.

Ur rite nothin like havin a cold beer wit someone and talkin cars, gurls, etc.
