Christmas bonus!???!!!!

I don't want to spend $300 plus paint for a rear lip. I might as well get the side skirts at the same time to save money on painting...

 

lol i just realized, talk about threadjacking a thread haha, @ mcaron and Aaron the lip is only $228 with free shipping fromt he stillen site nowhere near 300$, you don't have to paint it right away you can put it in your garage and then get the sideskirts and paint them together

 

O didn't notice the free shipping. I'm hoping I would like the rear lip in person. Those two vertical lines might get to me.

 

Not really thread jacking, were still talking about lips lol fronts and rears so i think were somewhat on topic lol

And myG i was thinking about doing that. 101.50 exactly for front lip and 228 for the rear lip. i was thinking about just staying with the stock sideskirts. so it would be 329.5 for the front an rear lip. Plus we'll say 250ish for paint so 600$ to completly change the look of my car....not bad if you ask me, thatd be just the price of a front nismo bumper.

 

AAron they look pretty subtle to me, they dont look like some crazy ricer thing. And like myG said earlier, maint that part of the lip black and the rest body color

 

yea you can paint that difuser part black like vivek did or your bodyshop might be able to shave them off, not sure. Mcaron i think me and you are gonna have the same setup. You're getting the same front lip i got and we're both getting the stillen, i'm keeping the stock sideskirts if they like up with the lip which they should cuz the lip mostly sticks out outward and if it hangs a little lower we can always get a mudguard for the front of the skirt

 

cant really notice viveks that great but id prolly end up doing that, or just painting it all

 

yea i dont mind the difusser part at all, it gives it a nice touch and it makes it more unique

 

And besides, the rear lip is the front lip when you're backing up

 

How did you mount the Stillen rear lip?

 

basically with double sided tape and screws

^ I love it, would be ncie to see it on a DG but maybe ill be the first. Just getting all my ideas together and trying to think of how my car will look. I want everything to flow nice and make sure it goes with any future mods
