BoldClaim: widest wheels/tires on a non-widebody G35 sedan

11 inches in the rear with 295/25/20. -1.6 camber. Will continue the crazinesss with some 305's next, as you can see, I have more room to spare. Excuse the dirty car, it's been raining hard in socal for the past few days, there should be more photoshoot pictures released soon.

Please don't tint the tails.

I'm not familiar with sedan setups, but shouldn't you be running a 30 series tire to keep the overall diameter similar to stock?

With that philosophy, he should change the color of his calipers, too.

not really cuz sport brakes are usually always a bright flashy color that doesn't match with the car but he has a black/dp theme on the body

Nah i wouldnt tint it, I have thought about smoking it with bat's overlay though, still kinda debating on that.

As far as the tire setup. the coupe and sedan are about the same as far as tire diameter goes. The most typical setup is 245/35/20 (tad taller) and 275/30/20. I have gone with 245/30/20 (tad smaller in the front, just because i wanted to make sure I didnt run into clerance issues. Since the 35 series is 1.65% bigger than stock, and the 30 is 2% smaller than stock, I had to make a choice...however, if they made a 32.5 series it'd have been perfect

The rear is pretty much the same story. 275/30 series is taller than stock, and 295/25 shorter. The choice was really easy though...I had to match the height to the front as much as possible, or else i would run into VDC issues. It's all calculated and carefully planned with the help of Grant and a lot of research. Right now my current setup with 245/30 and 295/25, puts the front and rear about 2% shorter than stock. It's a difference I can live with.

I know must of the information I gave you you probably already know, but I wrote it out anyway in case a newb comes in the thread and wants to know why I went with some crazy 25 series LOL
