I believe its for posting things you buy, but I could be wrong. Also this is from my cell and it makes sense. I would also like to say torque dampers don't make horsepower the just free some of it up.

Just Purchased this on ebay. im going to take my sport trunk wing off and put this lip in, an blend it into my trunk edge!!!!!!
