Thanks for the kind words, it really does look great. Even in that one picture it looks like the finish is wavy, that's only the reflection of a tree outside, Shyt is super smooth. It's just such a drastic change from the rest of the interior...

I went 'all out' with this job to make sure it was super smooth, that was my #1 goal, to get it as smooth as a properly finished paint job. The result is a ton of gloss.

3 coats of Resin, then sanded flat- which removed almost all the resin, lol.
Then 2 more coats of resin with wet-sanding in between. Then 4 coats of Clear, wetsand, then I Cut/Polished it like you would to re-finish paint, and sealed it with a Hi-Tech Yellow Wax.

This is Pure Carbon 2x2 Twill. It comes per yard, not sure if you can get it any other way.
But it'd be pointless to do so, as a Yard of decent 2x2 Carbon is only $30-$35.
It's the Clear Epoxy Resin that costs the most on this project. And consumables like paint brushes, clearcoat, etc that all add up quickly.

The Carbon-Kevlar also comes per yard. Most non fiberglass fibers do, unless you buy a 'kit'.

SOOOOOOOOO............................

The CF pillar pictured along with the Right side (not done yet) will be for sale.

I've decided it's not something I want to do in the interior. Looking to re-coup cost of materials on this project plus a small amount of my time on the project. PM if interested, I'm probably not going to touch the Right pillar unless I have some serious interest in purchase on the pair.

Gotta finish the custom gauge pod/instrument cluster trim first, then I'm doing the Right pillar and the Power Seat switch trims.
