Best tank and mod combination I've owned to date and both very reasonably priced. Also rockin' 18mg peach juice and oh baby, I'm in heaven. Now if I could just quit cigarettes completely....

Can never have too much security, especially when using something like a laptop, doubly-especially when taking it outside the home

First delivery - we shall see how it goes!

Went to the gym yesterday for the first time in a while. Woke up today and my elbows had forgotten how to elbow.

Possibly, but I wasn't doing free weights, just using the machines. Like I said, overdid it after year+ of not exercising.

Most machine lifts are bad on your joints, as they heavily restrict movement of other areas. Stick to the free weights and use an app like Jefit to learn the motions.

Also consider taking fish oils if you are ever having joint pain. It's good preventative maintenance.

Picked up a black Harbor Freight tool cart/drawer for $99. My tools use to be scattered all over the garage. Not now!

Some will say HF is junk but the gauge of the steel and build quality is great. Powder Coating is also top notch.

Thanks for the fish oil advice, I think I've got some laying around somewhere. As for free weights vs machines, I haven't had issues before unless I overdid it.

lolol you should be a salesman for HF, I'm going to look at one today and will probably pick it up. If it's as solid as you say (which I don't doubt) it's a pretty good deal for $100 and I could really use one. Thx!!
