^My guess is the original K2 had an integrated grill, and he cut it out and stitched in part of an OEM bumper (or FG one that supports the OEM grill maybe)

This is a summary of what I heard back from IvoryGT via PM:

He isn't sure when he made my headlights. He thinks dofu made a thread, I searched but couldn't find it. He stopped doing Sedan retros is due to the fact that 1) they are far more difficult to do than coupes. Also 2) there are differences between 03-04/05-06. 3) The pricing for the cores are expensive as there were no recalls for Sedans to force a price drop on the lights themselves. All in all the pricing structure exceeds the average client's expectation.

I'm working with a local guy here in socal on getting retros done. I have one sedan headlight with no tabs he can practice on. I hope this goes through. He's probably going to have to make weld some brackets to house the projectors, but we'll see. I''d really love to have my projectors up top though.

Yup lucked out. I'm sure we'll figure something out Mike. Eventually I want to do quads, so we will figure out a way to do yours too.

That would be great Aaron! I always envisioned projectors up top too. According to IvoryGT you have to use a smaller projector (RX or S2K or a trimmed down TSX) to fit up there and get creative with the shroud because of the fanned shape of the upper housing.

I'm gonna fiberglass the inside first and then cut off all the zip ties and do the outside
