yup, Motordyne has my only other light weight option... last one left as far as i know, just not sure if it'd be worth all the trouble.

^Is the MD a y-back and you'd pair it with an XYZ?

Any pics of one installed? IIRC not too many people picked one of those up once the dual tip option came out.

if you do a true dual then yes you'd have to, but a single back, dual outlet then no you dont. Also yeah you do have to modify the nismo lip.

Is your goal purely for weight lost if so your custom exhaust is one of the few that actually sound/look good IMO keep what you have not worth the hassle

yeah, that's what i'm leaning towards. i really LOVE my current setup. i was just trying to drop a few more pounds. the JIC had a great design and max weight loss, was worth the risk of not sounding perfect. nothing else out there really meets those wickets. the cool thing is the OEM 03-04 exhaust is so heavy that my setup is still lighter LOL.

hahahah, nah... it's all about balance

random updates...

- Ravi from Umbrella called today, my suspension should be done and on it's way this week

- My headlights are done, i just gotta go get them installed and aimed. prob this Thursday

- really enjoying my switch to the Samco intake tube. lack of flex joints really smooths out the air-flow and the silicone fights off the heat well. also seems to cancel out some of the intake noise the ARC promoted.
