Wannabe's second half, progression of my 05 LS Sedan.

I didn't have a 'progression' thread, so i figure i might as well make one since i have a couple new things that will be updated in a few short weeks.

Story: In April of 05, my dad leased an 04 G35x. I loved that car so much and enjoyed driving it every day. I lvoed driving it so much, that i stole it from him for a few months. Well, we were going to keep the car, but the buyout seemed like a bit much for a 4 year old car with 40 some thousand miles on it. That was when the decision was made just to buy a G35 and have one. Well, long story short, and a lot of letters written, we traded up to my 05 LS sedan with 31k miles. At first i wasn't sold on the color, but after seeing Marcus's beautiful 05, i knew it had tons of potential. And there began the long road with my prized possesion, my 05 LS sedan.

February 08, Picked up from the Dealer (dealer photos)

The first night i had it:

First Mod: Debadge

Second Mods: JWT Pop Charger, Clear Corners and 35% tint

We are an Infiniti Family: April of 08 we added an 08 G35xS to the stable. Last shots of our 04 which started it all. Unfortunately, this April, my 05 will be the last Infiniti remaining in our garage.

First Photoshoot with Locksmith. All in her stock glory.

Third Mods: 6k HIDs and a Z-tube

Fourth Mods, and the most noticeable yet: Z springs all around an OEM sport struts

Fifth Mods-Biggest Change Yet: Coupe 19s, and an HKS Exhaust

Got to Meet Rookie in later 08

6th Mods: Fujita Intake, and some LEDs, right before storing it for winter

The winter of 08/09 was a big one for me. Added: OEM Front Lip, Alpine IVA-W205 headunit, Kicker L5 Sub, M3 Lip Spoiler, Circuit sport strut bar, 350z engine car, OEM sport pedals, polished Z tube, 4 new tires and a LOT of LEDs for my interior.

June of 09, my greatest adventure yet. a 6200 mile trip all up and down the west coast.

During the trip, i met the guy that literally inspired me and was a main point when i was shopping for Gs. Give it up for Marcus.

No Pictures from Summer 09, but i added a full audio system. Front and rear component speakers.

Pretty much sums it up, mod wise. Here are a couple current ones of my G.

In a few weeks, i will have updated pictures, including new suspension, and a repainted front bumper (due to an unforseen accident while in storage this winter )

Just figured i'd make a picture ***** thread. The car is currently on schedule for another road trip in June. This time, to the FL Keys and Miami.

UPDATE! Got my rear springs in. Shes cambering too! (little teaser)

UPDATE 10/17/2010
Back onto stock 17s and stock suspension

you're making me want to to a progression thread too.

but with my luck lately with rogue shopping carts, a-hole neighbors and a product from a vendor on here that is not as advertised, mines more of a regression! haha!

what suspension did you get?

I can't wait to see what you have in store! Any plans to bling out the engine bay? I think that'll be my focus this summer. Sean will be getting some of my hard earned money here real soon.

Marcus has inspired a lot of us I think!!

Probably no to more blind lol. I already have the polished plenum and grounding kit (which i got to meet him and have him install so it made the experience cooler ) but anything more, probably no. I wouldn't wanna see it covered in salt next winter. The reason i am doing different suspension, is im selling my current springs to a friend, then using the other 2 setups for summer, and my stock setup for winter.
