Ironic, I almost did this. I'm saving it though because I'm afraid everyone is going to start doing matte/flat colours.

I wouldnt do it. Matte finishs have a little texture to them. If you touch white that has texture with anything expecially grease or just dirty hands it will leave fingerprints and will be hard as hell to clean. When we blend white panels they are sanded so its like a matte finish. When i wipe down for paint i make sure my hands are completely clean other wise i have to paint that panel cuz those smudges will not come off easy

Add pearl. Matte white with no pearl would look like crap paint/primer. But some blue pearl would look awesome.

I remember someone recommended it in Chris 'thinking about a new color' thread.
There's a matte white coupe around though. It looks good.

Looks nice from what I can see. Kinda hard to tell anything in the bright sunlight though.

Some better pics like in a parking garage with a good flash setup would be nice, but it's hard enough to find matte white cars anyway.

matte white cars are very hard to notice the "matte" when done right.... and look like **** when done wrong. hard to get a happy medium. I looked into it.

I think if I were going to go as far as a matte white sedan, I would go to the junk yard and get some random fender or order an extra G35 fender and pay the shop to paint it as a sample. It would be money well spent if it saved you from trouble.

yeah def samples would be a must along with exact mixtures so you could figure out what to change. Maybe I will change it up to matte white this summer
