I'm dropped and mine is just fine. I am running z springs and 245/40/18's right now. I haven't had a single problem with mine since putting it on, in fact I am considering getting an extra one just to have it.

I've never seen anybody with a problem no matter how low they are. If you are that low, you should seriously consider doing something to protect the underside anyways.
