G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
John it happens. Don't fight it just know that it will make as big a difference as the wheels.

I just did mine this weekend as well. But I got a complete Z suspension - front/rear springs and struts/shocks. $225 for everything and did all the work myself in the driveway. Took 3 hours total. A bit more responsive than the G setup yet gets that tad bit lower to improve on the profile! I like it.
Of course the specs are out on the alignment so I just picked up the Ichiba front camber arms to help get it back in spec.

I'm already hearing "creaking" from the struts. I think it was there before... but it looks like I may be getting new struts this summer
NOTE TO ALL: Be prepared to replace EVERYTHING with EVERY mod you do to a car with this many miles! lol it seems like every mod I've done has taken twice as much, time, money, and effort solely due to my car having so much wear and tear on it

You really think it's gonna need camber arms to get it back in spec with such a subtle drop? They could always tune the suspension to 350z spec... :-/

uh oh. I guess I'll have to see how far I'm off after an alignment.. because I don't wanna dish out the dough for camber arms... but also don't wanna shred through tires with the amount of driving I do. Thanks for the heads up!

I've been told by a couple others that it shouldn't hurt them too much unless you're supersizing you're wheels or driving uber aggressive. The car comes setup at -1.4 degrees in the front. Not sure about the rear. There's a vendor on here that has the Ichiba front/rear camber arms sold as a set.

I got the G springs from a friend locally (part of the forums) for next to nothing. I bought him lunch for them, haha. Then I picked up the Z springs for $50. I did 80% of the install myself. I removed the front struts myself and had a local tire shop put the Z springs on my struts for a mere $40. They did it in about 20 minutes... it saved me a lot of hassle and time. I did the coupe springs in the rear on my own. The rears are a piece of cake!
I was only looking to close the wheel gap... It looked "monster truck" like before.. and I wanted to give it a sportier look. Trust me, I'd love to put it on some S-techs, but I drive roughly 25-30k miles a year at the moment... and do lots of driving cross-country... I wanted it to be comfortable
Gee, thanks for the advice. I didn't notice!
I've got another project in the works to work on my "color". This includes blacking out my chrome door handles, trim, grill, and the headlights. I've tried everything with them, and so have others. A lot of it in on the inside... so when I crack 'em open to paint the housing, I'll wet sand them on both sides.

If I was gonna get work done I would probably go with a his company just based on the look of his work.
This is an Infiniti it would pain me to add eBay parts to this car, I dont even like doing that to my SE-R
unless its bought from ebay but not a knock off cheapie part. ( not flaming just my personal opinion )
