I'm really not kidding though... I've been on the phone with soooo many Indian techs before that I've become quite adept at hearing through even a really thick accent.
My dad did a job installing a security door at a gas station for a Gujarati man... (Yeah, I know gas station owner, what are the odds)
Anyway, Dad could barely understand the guy as it was, then after the job he insisted on sitting down for some drinks and this guy drank a LOT.
If you think a thick Indian accent is hard, try adding the slurred speach of half bottle of Johnny Walker Black to the mix...
I ended up having to translate about half of what the guy was saying to my Dad
English to English translating FTL!
